The condo is beautiful! The owners have done a fantastic job of decorating! Couches and beds are comfortable. Plenty of dining space for your family and friends. The location is perfect! Just a short drive to anywhere you'd want to visit in this area. When our family goes to the beach I pack everything I could possibly need - Paper towels, charcoal, salt and paper etc. This condo had it all and more!!! Plus beach chairs, towels, toys, chairs, games etc. I can't wait to go back. We would definitely stay here again. This was my first Vrbo experience but it won't be my last. Michelle was super easy to work with and quickly answered any questions I had.

Such a beautiful place. My heart wants to be here 24/7. The views from the balcony. The sliding doors to let the beach in. The care and love put into our condo was beyond stunning. They took the time to make sure we had beyond enough towels, soaps, sheets, blankets and more for the week we had the unit. The unit we were in was unit 403. It was so beautiful and very, very well taken care of. It is a family who owns it and has a message to the 'renters' on the wall about enjoying the place and making yourself at home. Not all the units are the same, so you can ask for a specific unit. The pool was fantastic and the kids loved it, especially when they didn't want sand all over them. The place is very secure, you have a keypad lock as well as the backup use of the key. The access areas; like to the beach and ocean and to actually get to the pool, you have to use key fobs. So it's not a public access area. The little tiki tables they have outside were fantastic to sit at in the evening time. Not only that, but you could smell what everyone was cooking on the grill. They have an area with so many grills to still be able to grill out whenever you'd like. I love Sea Oats; but I love unit 403. The ONLY issue is the inside door locks, if your bedroom door accidentally gets locked, you're out of luck. Emergency line people can't help because there's no way to unlock it. Literally. We had an 18 month old that locked himself in the bedroom, and couldn't turn the handle enough for the lock mechanism to unlock. We called the Emergency office for help and even he couldn't get in because there is NO WAY to get into them. The no access door to the room is screwed closed from the inside. It should be an "Emergency Access" door, rather than a no access door and being screwed shut. We luckily were able to get in by using a card to pop the lock. Otherwise the Fire Department would have been knocking the door in to get my son who was so scared and he had worked himself up to where he puked and was just sitting there crying for mom. There were 3 adults watching him, as well as 3 other older kids, he just ran and shut it and when he closed it he must have pushed the lock because it is literally a simple push in and it locks. Also, there needs to be a safety net installed over the pool area/under the balconies, that way if something falls from the 2nd floor or higher, it won't hit someone, injure someone, shatter upon impact and it or shards go into the pool. A small net would help prevent injuries from falling items.

Sea Oats is wonderful and located on a pristine white sand beach. I was here the last week in March so it was busy but still very enjoyable. The room we were in was large with a washer and dryer in the unit. The beds were decently comfortable and the big couch was nice with how many people we had staying. I’d love to come back!

Stayed here for a week and it was amazing, our unit had all amenities needed to ensure our family was comfortable. The closeness to the beach is great, can hear the waves from the master bedroom! The pool is wonderful and heated, our kids played for hours while my wife and I relaxed on our balcony & the patio, also great grills to use.

We loved our air bnb it was a beautiful place. Easy, secure access to room and pool. The view was beautiful and we were very pleased. There were only a few hiccups to the stay one being the toilet in the middle bathroom with the tub wouldn't flush everytime. Nothing else was a big deal.

This is the perfect condo for a family vacation. It is completely stocked for anything and everything you might need for the beach. The condo is located right on the beach with perfect viewing of sunsets and dolphins swimming by. The condo owner, Victor, was very easy to work with.

Had an incredible stay! 101 was clean, modern and very comfortable. It was on the first floor, so we only had to go up or down one set of stairs and got to skip the elevator altogether. The kitchen had everything you need, so we skipped going out for breakfast and lunch. Although there were plenty of options within walking distance. This is a two-bedroom condo with two bathrooms. The beds were super comfy and the bedding was nice and white. The view from the condo was amazing, and we loved to sit on the balcony and watch dolphins and the sunset. We already are booked to come back at the end of September. We cannot wait!!

Such a wonderful place to stay. Our condo is very nice and was very clean upon arrival. It was fully equipped with everything that you need, even things that you might not think of to bring! It was spacious enough for our family of nine. Sitting on the balcony and listening to the ocean was amazing! The pool was nice and very clean. We are having such a good time here and definitely plan on staying at Sea Oats again! I highly recommend this place!
